Accounting Analyst
Houston, TX (Westchase) | Full-time | Accounting & Finance

• Direct hire opportunity with a starting rate of $20.50/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule for work-life balance

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare daily bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions
• Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accounting records
• Investigate vendor payment issues and provide timely resolution
• Process invoices, checks, ACH, wire transfers, and returned deposit items
• Provide backup support across the accounting department
• Maintain financial records both onsite and offsite
What We’re Looking For:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• A team player who is dependable and self-motivated
