Member Services Representative
 Sugar Land, TX | Full-time | Banking & Financial Services

What You'll Do:
• Welcome and assist members with everyday banking needs—both in person and by phone or email
• Open and manage new member accounts, ensuring accurate setup and support
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance
• Support with plastic card services, including card ordering and troubleshooting
• Promote relevant credit union products and services tailored to member needs
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all banking regulations
• Act as Backup Teller when needed—handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash transactions


What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer or member service, preferably in a financial institution
• Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Fiserv/DNA core systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and upholding high ethical standards
