Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Assist customers and potential customers through various communication channels—phone, email, fax, and internet—showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
- Financial Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of our services and products to explain how they can enhance or safeguard our customers' financial well-being.
- Navigating Queries: Respond to problems and direct calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Risk Management: Process wire requests meticulously, meeting deadlines and minimizing risk exposure.
Experience & Skills:
- Call Center Prowess: Six months to two years of call center experience, in a bank or credit union. Teller experience within a Credit Union is also acceptable.
- Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or GED is essential.
- Empathetic Diplomacy: A high level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact are paramount, especially when handling personal or sensitive matters.
- Exceptional Skills: Good listening, telephone skills, and proficiency with a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard are a must.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions even with minimal information.
