What You'll Do:
• Provide top-tier support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Help with account inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver banking solutions with a personal touch
• Educate customers on available products and services to meet their financial goals
• Conduct outbound courtesy calls for account support, updates, and follow-ups
• Stay current on policies, products, and procedures to ensure accurate service delivery


What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (banking preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and multitasking
• Positive, professional attitude with a desire to help others
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
