What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking talented Loan Officers with a passion for service, a focus on quality, and the heart of an educator.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on financing solutions tailored to their needs.
Manage a high-volume pipeline of loans with accuracy and care.
Originate and close loan packages, meeting with clients in their homes, offices, or other convenient locations.
Develop new business through marketing, promotion, and relationship-building with referral sources like real estate agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
Oversee customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication with Realtors and Processors.
Provide applicants with detailed guidance on the loan application process.
Other duties as needed to support business goals.
Qualifications
Active NMLS license.
A minimum of 2+ years of self-generated mortgage lending experience.
Strong understanding of basic loan programs and structuring.
A commitment to personal growth and a coachable mindset.
