Role Overview

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Financial Services Representative for a DIRECT HIRE position with a reputable Credit Union based in Houston. This opportunity is crafted for individuals enthusiastic about client care, financial offerings, and loan services. As the initial point of contact, you will guide members through account management and financial assistance.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via digital communication.

• Initiate and manage deposit accounts including savings options and retirement funds.

• Support clients through loan processes from application to disbursement.

• Handle account updates: closures, data management, identity confirmations.

• Educate clients on credit union offerings and promote additional services.

• Conduct over 20 outbound sales interactions daily; follow up on loan statuses efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to BSA/AML/OFAC/CIP/MDD regulatory standards.

• Visit branch locations as required; availability on Saturdays is necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial institutions or credit unions is advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication capabilities.

• Analytical mindset to evaluate client needs effectively and provide solutions.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite alongside other financial software tools.

• Ability to operate independently while thriving in collaborative settings.

• Flexibility regarding travel requirements and working hours.
