Bank Customer Services Representative
Pay is $16.00 per hour!
Bank Location: Galveston, TX
Employment Type: Full Time-Monday thru Friday 8 to 5

1 year banding experience / call center experience a plus.
Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Service oriented and ability to problem-solve; PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Ability to work in a team environment and independently; Ability to represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
Summary Statement of the Job: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing quality service through customer interactions via phone, online banking, chat and/or e-mail. This position will assist customers with various banking needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: All other duties as assigned by the Deposit Operations Supervisor and/or the Assistant Deposit Operations Supervisor.
