Job Title: Teller / Member Services Representative

Pay Range is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour!

Credit Union Location: Energy Corridor

Employment Type: Full Time-Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 & Rotating Saturdays 9-2

Responsibilities:

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.

• Sells money orders, gift cards, and processes cash advances for members and guest members.

• Maintains and balances cash drawer daily. Processes daily checks.

• Maintains member records as requested.

• Welcome members and provides routine information concerning services directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.

• Loads and balances ATM(s) and keeps equipment functioning properly

 
Expectations: 

• Ensure drawer is balanced daily.

• Assist members and guests in all functions in accordance with established procedures.

• Strive for posting accuracy, and to provide administrative support as assigned.

• Provide friendly, professional, personal service to all members.

• Provide informed and professional assistance to all members and associates.

 
Knowledge & Skills:

• One year to two years of similar or related experience.

• A high school diploma or GED required.

• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements to this job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

• Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills.

• Must be accurate with numbers and names.
