Job Title: Bank Teller / Financial Services Associate

Bank Location: Galleria District

Pay Range is $18.00 to #20.00 per hour!

Employment Type: Full-Time - Monday through Friday

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a meticulous, customer-oriented individual with a passion for banking. If this sounds like you, join us as a Bank Teller / Financial Services Associate! We are looking for energetic individuals to provide outstanding service to our clients and facilitate the seamless operation of daily banking tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Welcome customers warmly, assist with their questions, and offer information about bank products and services.
- Transaction Handling: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Efficiently manage checks and cash.
- Account Services: Open new accounts and update existing account details. Assist customers with any account-related issues.
- Security Compliance: Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulations to secure transactions and customer data.
- Cash Management: Handle cash supplies in your drawer; balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly or escalate them when necessary.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Over 3 years of prior experience in banking roles.
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems for data entry and transaction processing.
